Rescued $1 million /12-monthy project to the implement the Unily™ Intranet platform, globally. Created a long-term strategy, change management, and product support processes including staffing, user onboarding, communication, and training.

Automated 30% of HR tasks in first year by defining new global processes that leverage HCM software across functions such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, and HR Operations.
Researched, selected, and implemented three Learning Management Systems (LMS) for various clients. Included system selection, RFP management, project management, staffing, user onboarding, creating a community of practitioners, and training for all users. KPI success: FDA never cited deficiencies on Form 483 related compliance and regulatory training.

As a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), I maintain active memberships in the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), HR Leadership Council, and Project Management Institute (PMI).
